Returns & Exchanges

At Mama Tried Store, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition you received them

  • In the original packaging, if applicable

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized merchandise

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help with an exchange if the item is in stock.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help process your exchange quickly.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return

We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Include a photo of the issue and your order number.
